How to measure

General

Bust Circumference: Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your bust, without wearing a bra or anything padded.

Waist Circumference: Wrap the tape measure around the narrowest part of your torso.

Hips Circumference: Wrap the tape measure around the narrowest part of your torso.

Pants

Outseam Measurement: This is the length of the pants from the rise (where it sits on the waist), to the hem of the pants.

Inseam Measurement: This is the length of the pants from the crotch to the hem of the pants. This is generally the most accurate way of telling where the pants will sit on your legs (i.e. cropped, ankle length, etc.)

The Jane Pleated Neck Top is a relaxed short sleeve top built for work — split V-neckline, pleating at the shoulder, and nothing that needs fussing with between meetings.

It's cut loose rather than close, so it tucks into a high waist or sits out over a straight leg, whichever the day calls for. The lightweight 100% polyester layers easily under a knit or a jacket without bulk at the shoulder, where the front pleating keeps its shape. The style is also made in Black and Pink Sand.
